Joseph Maggiore, Designated Broker, was born a true entrepreneur. After a successful stint with growing his automotive performance business from startup (at the age of 20) to more than a million dollars in sales annually, he went on to increase another one of his company’s sales by 500% over only fourteen months. It was then that he set his sights on his true passion, Arizona Real Estate.

Bringing with him the knowledge and natural experience that comes with being a third generation Real Estate professional, Joe graduated from The Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in 2006. By 2010, Joe ranked in the top 25% of 1300 agents based on sales with his previous brokerage.

After experiencing what a large Real Estate brokerage had to offer, it became clear to Joe that he wanted a more personal, collaborative relationship with the agents and brokers around him. And so in 2011, he joined Desert Dimensions Properties as a partner and after seeing the impact he could have on agents, ultimately bought out his partner in 2013 becoming owner and Designated Broker of the company.

As a Broker focusing on real estate in North Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Phoenix, Joe focuses his professional expertise on residential transactions, along with a robust portfolio of property management and investment properties, and is currently expanding his services to include commercial property management.

Joe was honored to be named among Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors Young Professional Group’s 40 Realtors under the age of 40 in 2016. He is a recognized authority in his industry, providing content and acting as a source for the Phoenix Business Journal and Arizona Association of Realtors blog.

Joe is committed to his community, regularly hosting events and volunteering his time and resources to raise funds and collect resources for locally based non-profits. He is also a revered mentor, infusing integrity in all he teaches, rapidly building a reputation with and sought out by new agents.

Four years ago, after our daughter and family decided to make their home in Arizona, we bought a condo here in Scottsdale. This year, with the family growing, we decided to upgrade and buy a house. Joe was recommended to us, thankfully, and from the first instance he made the whole process very straightforward and enjoyable.

The thought of finding the right house, for the right price, in the right location would have been rather daunting for us coming from England. Joe made everything uncomplicated and went over and above board helping us with numerous things involved in buying and moving into the house. Nothing was too much trouble to him and he showed a lot of patience in showing us around properties and explaining the buying process.

Also, we handed Joe the problem of renting out our apartment, which was done extremely quickly and efficiently. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. It was an absolute pleasure working with Joe, we were grateful for his expertise, his hard work and all the extra things he did so willingly. Nothing was too much trouble, wish we had a Joe in the UK!!

There aren’t enough words to describe Joe and what he did for us. From day one he always made us comfortable with the whole process.

Being first time homebuyers, we had lots of questions and Joe always explained things thoroughly so that we would understand every step along the way to purchasing our first home. He was extremely responsive to our questions, even when he was technically ‘off the clock.’

Being a first time home buyer, during these economic times, we experience foreclosures, short sales and the like. Joe was honest with us when we asked for his opinion on homes we were interested in, but not sure if we could afford to make upgrades on etc. He assured us if we kept looking with him, we would find something that we both love.

In the end, we found the house of our dreams and are extremely thankful for Joe’s input and patience throughout the whole entire process.

Even after the deal was done and the papers were signed, Joe Maggiore went above and beyond his duties as a Realtor for us. Shortly after we moved into our new house, our entire A/C unit failed during the hottest July to ever be recorded. He fought on our behalf to have the system be replaced by the seller (as it was expected to be fixed before close of escrow.) He stepped in as our friend and we will never forget what he did for us.

We ended up with a completely new system and we never had to offer up a penny. I couldn’t have asked or wanted a better Realtor and friend to help us with our first home. We love you Joe. Thank you, Thank You, Thank you!!!!!

There are (we hope) few instances in life when a person feels vulnerable, helpless and at the mercy of the whims of others. One of those moments or instances can occur in the midst of real estate transactions.

After over a year of honest and respectful cultivation, my wife and I listed our home with Joseph Maggiore. Our listing price was far lower than the most recent appraisal, however, it was comfortably above our initial purchase price in 1999.

Unlike the real estate horror stories filling the newspapers and newscasts, thanks to Joe’s fine marketing skills we secured an offer within a week. We hastily found a home in the area we were interested in relocating and quickly submitted our own offer.

Movers were secured, financing pursued, it looked like we were making a move far sooner than expected. Fourteen days prior to closing the buyer backed out. We cannot convey the disappointment, anxiety and stress this caused to our family.

It was a crushing blow as we watched it all unravel, sitting among the packed boxes throughout the house. It was Joe who talked us off the edge of scrapping the idea of selling. He served as therapist, confidante, counselor, and friend. Being the all-star he is, we received a new offer within a week, lower than the first causing us to drive throughout the dirt roads of Desert Hills with Joe (he needs an SUV) again to find a home in a different price bracket.

Once more we found a gorgeous new home with all of the amenities we could dream of, made an offer and began the process yet again. The thirty days of closing had new meaning to us this time around — we continued to wait for the deal to fall through, setting expectations low, and prepared for disappointment. Joe and his network worked quickly, diligently and set industry records in the processing our sale and purchase. Additionally, Joe continued to serve as a calming figure during the moments of anxious waiting.

We have moved, unpacked and are settling into our new home, and are grateful to Joe for his hard work and determination to deliver beyond our expectations. It is without reservation or pause that we would refer anyone considering a home sale or purchase to Joe Maggiore, he is the ultimate advocate and consultant to his clients.

Even in periods of low market activity, great service can be difficult to find. Joe delivers, is action oriented and ensures the experience is what it should be — the realization of goals and dreams. We are happy to not only refer to him as our realtor, but also as our friend.

Joe was a great help when I was looking for my investment property. He took the time to sit down and get a good feeling for what I was after in a house. Very quickly he was able to look up a great selection of homes for me to look over, and was available to meet the needs of my schedule to visit the properties I was interested in. Once the pool of homes ran dry and none of the homes really were what I was looking for, Joe was very respectful and didn’t try to force me in to one to get a sale. For nearly half a year Joe kept an eye on the market for me and found a spectacular home that met all of my needs.
