We recently took a tour of the Homeward Bound facilities in Phoenix and were incredibly inspired to give back to this great non-profit organization.
Watch our video for a look into our experience!
If you didn’t know, Homeward Bound supports women and families who have been victims of homelessness, domestic violence and generational welfare dependency. They provide transitional housing in a safe and compassionate environment to families in need, as well as groceries, formula, diapers, toys, toiletries, healthcare, and more. They also extend counseling and employment services which empower these families to lead a new life of personal and financial independence. For more information, visit their website.
In aid of this brilliant organization, we are thrilled to announce our big September 22nd charity event, ‘Young at Heart’. This “classy casual” evening, hosted at the Children’s Museum of Phoenix, is meant to be an adult-only event that brings out the kid in everyone. What’s more, the night will include an open bar of water, soda, beer, wine and spiked chocolate milk, buffet style appetizers such as gourmet mac n’ cheese, a photo booth, live music, raffle giveaways and more!
This invite-only charity event will of course benefit Homeward Bound, as we are asking guests to please bring a donation of money, diapers, baby wipes, powdered formula, or new toys as their admission, all of which will go directly to Homeward Bound and will help them continue to provide services for families struggling in crisis.
See you all in September, we can’t wait!
